Due to the increasing number of episodes of verbally aggressive behaviour towards our GPs and practice team members, can we respectfully draw your attention to our Zero Tolerance Policy here.

PATIENT NOTICE

Effective Friday 1st December 2017, please be aware that the surgery telephone switchboard will not be manned during the hours of 1pm to 2pm daily.

However, a voice message will be available for you to listen to, should you have an emergency which requires the Duty Doctor during this period.

As has always been the case, the surgery will be closed from 1pm to 2pm each Monday; this allows the Practice team to undertake staff training.

Although the telephone lines will not be manned during 1pm-2pm Tuesday to Friday, the surgery doors will be open as usual for you to speak to the Reception Team, collect prescriptions etc.

Consult online with WebGP

eConsult is a system that enables patients to contact their GP Practice online, seeking advice and support.

eConsult provides:

Please be advised that this service is for patients aged 18+ who are registered at this practice with non-urgent medical issues. If you believe your problem to be urgent, please contact the surgery on 02380 865051, call NHS 111 or contact 999 if you have a life threatening medical emergency.
